CleanSpace will decontaminate and disinfect your space utilizing state of the art technologies originally developed to counter chemical and biological warfare toxants. CleanSpace is a safe, non-toxic neutralizing formula specially designed to remediate the effects of chemical toxins and mycotoxins that are by-products of organic materials such as mold. CleanSpace was developed to chemically neutralize mycotoxins and other toxins on surfaces and in structures. The patented technology cleaves the molecular structure of toxins through oxidation and hydrolysis of the elements to render them non-hazardous.

CleanSpace utilizes a disinfectant and neutralizing cleaner that cleans and restores surfaces and areas affected by mold and its chemical metabolites. It is safe to use in most all indoor applications.

• Fungicidal Activity and Remediation (Mold): Effective disinfectant activity against fungicidal spores such as Stachybotrys, Aspergillus and Penicillium. Cleans and restores surfaces and areas affected by mold and its chemical metabolites.
  
  
• Bacterial Activity: CleanSpace exhibits effective disinfectant activity against the bacterial organisms Staphylococcus, Aureus, Salmonella, Choleraesuis, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, and meets the requirements for hospital use.
  
  
• Restoration: Effective cleaning agent for Microbial Volatile Organic Compounds [mVOC’s] and mycotoxins, chemical by-products that have been known to be allergenic. CleanSpace mitigates conditions caused by these metabolites of mold.
  
  
• Existing and Pre-Construction: Surfaces treated with CleanSpace prevent mold damage for an extended period of time. Treated surfaces resist mold and mildew even in the presence of visible mold. An exterior application on porous surfaces inhibits the growth of mold.
